So much so that I’ve replaced parts on it over time and recently took delivery of a new one for my home office. And I recently ordered a new one to replace my business chair. Some months ago, I had the good fortune to make acquaintance with Mike LaFond. His knowledge courtesy, attentiveness, and assistance have been truly exemplary. He’s taken the time to visit my office, work on the premises, and bring me up to speed on product knowledge and features. I might also mention Mary Jones, she has been most helpful as well.
As the Health & Safety Manager for our company, part of my responsibility is to handle ergonomic concerns for our employees in North America. While our standard issue task chairs are very good, I receive constant requests to provide accommodation for individuals that are suffering from a variety of physical issues and just cannot get comfortable in their chairs.

With my back issues, my favorite part of the BodyBilt is the tailbone cutout in the seat. I would never be able to sit for more than 20 minutes at a time without that feature.
I’ve probably sat in this chair in excess of 4 hours a day for the last 13 years. That’s in the neighborhood of 16 thousand hours of use, and some abuse. This chair has gone beyond its 10-year warranty and still going strong. I recommend BodyBilt chairs to anyone who asks. I figure if I get 20 years out of it, the chair has cost a little over $50 a year.
Since I bought this chair, I have not had to go back to the chiropractor in three years!
Employers generally do not want to spend a lot of money on office equipment but when you work at a job that keeps you in a seat anywhere from 9 – 12 hours a day you need to supply them with the proper ergonomic seating and desk.
Since I bought this chair and expensed it, I have not had to go back to the chiropractor in three years! I hope others realize this and bring it up to their employer. If they are like me they have to pay the first $3000 out of pocket for health coverage so they need to do whatever they can to stay out of the doctor’s office.
Your product is still holding up well and keeping me away from the chiropractor. Worth every dollar spent in my eyes.

I had no idea what I was getting into, but I knew I had to have the exact same chair for my home office.
In February 2018, I began my new job; and as most new employees do, I simply accepted the office space I was given. It included a typical “been-around-the-cubicle-farm” office chair. I’d already been living with neck and back pain for years, and made frequent visits to a chiropractor, so everything was status-quo as far as I could tell.
Then in late 2018, I was moved into a different office area and inherited an executive, high-back style chair from the previous occupant. I included a neck rest. I didn’t really think much about it at the time, but after a few short weeks, my neck and lower back pain was completely gone.
I didn’t really attribute my new pain-free life to the chair, but then March 2020 and COVID-19 happened. I suddenly became a work-from-home staff member. My home office was ill-equipped to handle a daily work routine… I had a nice desk, but a generic, $50 chair from the local office supply store.
There are tons of online purchase options, but I had questions; so, my search ended with Andrew, my local BodyBilt representative. He helped me determine exactly what chair I had and provided plenty of options for buying my own. After suffering with my old, generic chair for nearly eight weeks, I finally had a J3507 of my own. After only three days, my headaches and neck pain were completely gone again. I am back to pain-free living… this chair is priceless! The backs have a slight ergonomic bend to them and can be adjusted to fit multiple angles of seating by sliding the seat forward or back.
Comments on the BodyBilt chairs are positive for wear and tear and the number of adjustments allowed to handle multiple users. The arms get slammed into the console counter and have broken but repaired quickly or replaced.
Overall they seem to be a reliable, durable chair for all the use and users.
I would strongly recommend BodyBilt chairs.
It’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever owned. It became an important part of my recovery, mentally and physically, to be able to sit comfortably in my chair and communicate with my friends via e-mail and text while sitting comfortably.
